 We know that our office locations are not convenient for every member to use. The Bluebonnet Telebranch provides all the services provided by our branch offices, including, loans, new accounts and information, by utilizing the telephone, fax, U.S. mail and overnight express mail. - BART
With BART (Bluebonnet's Audio Response Teller), all you need is a touch-tone telephone and a Personal Access Code. Your code is one of BART's security features which ensures that you, and only you, have access to your account. When you call BART, you will be guided step-by-step through your transaction. You can call BART from your home, office, car or any touch-tone telephone in the Continental U.S. BART's number is 713.651.3013 or 800.460.9788.
- Any Hour Lending
Applying for a loan at
Bluebonnet is not a 9:00 - 5:00 P.M. proposition. Members can
apply for loans 24 hours per day, seven days a week, by
calling the Any Hour Lending at 866-808-0261. The Any Hour Lending is answered by helpful individuals who will ask
a few questions and begin the loan process. Or to apply online, click on the Any Hour Lending icon.
- Direct Deposit
 To have your paycheck
automatically deposited to your Bluebonnet account each payday,
simply contact your employer's payroll department or the
Credit Union. If you receive another regular recurring
check, such as social security or retirement, that you'd
like to have directly deposited to your account, call the
Credit Union for more information.
- Payroll Deduction
To designate specific
deduction and the Bluebonnet account to which they should be
applied, simply call or visit the Credit Union to complete
the necessary authorization forms. That's all there is to
it. Without having to lift a finger, you can make regular
loan payments, savings deposits and more. It's that simple
and yours for the asking from Bluebonnet.
